According to our terms and conditions, you can cancel your booking with a 72 hours notice, and a full refund will be issued at your payment method. You can change your appointment within 48 hours with no extra fees. Should you wish to cancel your appointment within less than 48 hours, a 30% cancellation fee applies. Appointments cancelled within less than 24 hours are non-refundable.
